Pranay Sultania

Pranay is a part of the investment team at Lok and in addition to fund deployment from Lok IV, he is part of the portfolio management team for Lok III. In addition to Lok’s other focus sectors, Pranay is primarily involved in financial services and climate tech. He also manages the data-room, collaterals and due diligence for fundraising. Additionally, he manages the fund reporting and valuation assessments for Lok III.

Prior to Lok, Pranay was part of the deals advisory teams at PwC and Grant Thornton, where he worked extensively on due diligence engagements for M&A and PE transactions of varying sizes, spanning across sectors including financial services, real estate, manufacturing, logistics, IT, FMCG, healthcare and e-commerce.

Pranay is a Chartered Accountant and holds a B.Com. from the University of Madras. He has also completed a fellowship in public policy from Young Leaders of Active Citizenship, as part of which he led and executed a live policy research project on "Strengthening India's Fight against Climate Change" for Dr. Vikas Mahatme, Member of Parliament.

Outside of work, Pranay is a certified yoga teacher and teaches regular classes and workshops spanning across yoga, meditation and sound healing - at times for the Lok ecosystem too! When on vacation, he is typically found hiking and spending time in the forests and mountains, at times with his handpan.
