Nikita is a Chartered Accountant with around 10 years of experience in Finance & Operations. She is a part of the fund administration team and has worked extensively on every phase of the fund lifecycle, including fund structuring & setup, fund administration, legal & tax compliances and investor reporting. Nikita also plays a vital role in the firm's investment & exit backend related processes & documentation.
Before joining Lok, Nikita worked for three years at S S Kothari Mehta & Co., Chartered Accountants, where she gained experience in a variety of financial and accounting services, including assurance services, internal control audit and risk assessment, and direct & indirect taxes.
Nikita has a special love for music and dance and is also a travel & food enthusiast.
