Manoj Agrawal

Manoj has over 25 years of experience as a finance and operations professional. Manoj leads fund operations, regulatory compliance and admin functions for all of Lok’s funds and entities. Manoj also anchors matters relating to tax compliance and due diligence while fundraising, investing and exiting.

Prior to joining Lok, Manoj spent over ten years with Orbis Financial Corp. Ltd., two years with Deutsche Bank Group and four years with Indiabulls. Manoj’s core focus across his earlier organisations include fund administration, back office operations, legal & compliance and finance with start-ups and global multi-billion dollar organizations across financial services, infrastructure development and manufacturing.

Apart from various certification courses from IIM-A, NiSM and IBF Singapore, Manoj holds a Chartered Accountant & Company Secretary degree.

Beyond work, Manoj is a sports enthusiast, frequent traveller and has a sweet tooth. His love for sweets and chocolates is well known among his colleagues and friends.
