About the Role

We are looking for a results-oriented team player to join our Bangalore or Delhi team as a Lok Fellow for a fixed duration of 12-18 months. You will be responsible for driving Mintifi's strategic growth strategy, alongside CEO Anup Agarwal, through identifying and cultivating deep data-driven partnerships with a variety of corporate players across sectors and functions. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years’ relevant experience, strong communication / project management skills, and look forward to a dynamic start-up environment.

 

Responsibilities

  • Working closely with CEO Anup Agarwal (previously MD Jeffries Investment Banking India) and the Mintifi team to execute on corporate partnerships
  • Identifying & driving new opportunities for strategic products and partnerships across sectors
  • Enabling access to credit and working on credit rating process
  • Liaoning with investors and reporting of business and operational metrics
  • Facilitating technology synergies between Mintifi and its corporate partners and lender partners
  • Leveraging analytical thinking skills to determine potential for efficiency across loan process (from application to disbursal) and oversee implementation

About the Role

We are looking for a sales focused and results-oriented pre-MBA candidate to work in the New Initiatives team of Monsoon Harvest. The candidate will be a Lok Fellow for a fixed duration of 12-18 months or longer. You will be responsible for driving Monsoon Harvest’s deep penetration growth strategy, working alongside the Founders by identifying non-standard growth opportunities and developing strategic partnerships with a variety of organisations and communities. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years’ sales and/or marketing experience in FMCG (preferable in food space) and strong communication / project management skills. Looking for out of the box thinker and go-getter. The sales targets will be discussed mutually with the promoters and an appropriate incentive mechanism will be devised.

Responsibilities

  • Working closely with Founders and the MH team to design, develop and execute our deep penetration strategy for the city of Bangalore and other geographies
  • Identifying & driving new opportunities for strategic growth and partnerships across sectors
  • Establishing a strong presence for Monsoon Harvest in unconventional food areas like IT Parks, Schools, Cafes, Hotels, Service Apartments and other new avenues
  • Design, create, and execute Monsoon Harvest experiences around Bangalore
  • Conduct focused customer surveys to establish brand saliency and awareness
  • Work closely with our Social Media and e-commerce Team to expand brand reach, awarness and grow sales
  • Analysing and Reporting of business and sales metrics

About the Role

You will be responsible for driving Osam’s strategic initiatives and deepen its farmer relationships, through identifying and cultivating deep data-driven partnerships and practises within the eco-system. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years’ relevant experience, strong communication / project management skills, and look forward to a dynamic and unstructured start-up environment.

Responsibilities

  • Working closely with CEO and Founder Abhinav Shah and the Osam team to execute various initiatives on the procurement end
  • Identifying and implementing the best practises for deepening the dairy eco-system in Bihar – including but not limited to tie-ups with industry players for enhanced productivity for Bihar farmers, and trend setting initiatives including direct payments to farmers, cattle insurance, and other related initiatives
  • Take up existing projects / partnerships for creating data-driven decision making
  • Co-ordinating with investors and reporting of business and operational metrics
