VP, Treasury: Mintifi

We are looking for a results-oriented team player to join our Mumbai office as Vice President for our Treasury Function. You will be responsible for driving all of Mintifi's debt and equity fund raise, credit rating process as well as managing monthly liquidity positions/ investments in money markets, etc. You will be working directly with CEO Anup Agarwal, in identifying and cultivating deep relationships with all capital providers including public sector banks, private equity funds as well as impact funds.

Candidate qualifications

  • The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years’ experience, strong communication / project management skills, and look forward to a dynamic start-up environment
  • Experience in treasury and capital market functions having successfully closed at least Rs. 500 crore of deals over the last few years across multiple lenders or equity investors
  • Relationships with financial institutions
  • Strong understanding of financial modelling and corporate presentation is required

About the Role

We are looking for a results-oriented team player to join our procurement operations (in Bihar / Ranchi) as a Lok Fellow for a fixed duration of 12-18 months. You will be responsible for driving Osam’s strategic initiatives and deepen its farmer relationships, through identifying and cultivating deep data-driven partnerships and practises within the eco-system. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years’ relevant experience, strong communication / project management skills, and look forward to a dynamic and unstructured start-up environment.

Responsibilities

  • Working closely with CEO and Founder Abhinav Shah and the Osam team to execute various initiatives on the procurement end
  • Identifying and implementing the best practises for deepening the dairy eco-system in Bihar – including but not limited to tie-ups with industry players for enhanced productivity for Bihar farmers, and trend setting initiatives including direct payments to farmers, cattle insurance, and other related initiatives
  • Take up existing projects / partnerships for creating data-driven decision making

About the role:

We are looking for an enterprising, results-oriented pre-MBA candidate to drive sales & marketing efforts as part of Akshayakalpa’s front-end team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in sales and/or marketing in FMCG (preferably in food companies), strong communication skills and project management skills. About the Role

We are looking for a sales and BD focused and results-oriented candidate to work in the New Initiatives team of Monsoon Harvest. The candidate will be a Lok Fellow for a fixed duration of 12-18 months or longer. You will be responsible for driving Monsoon Harvest’s growth strategy in International Markets, working alongside the Founders by identifying non-standard growth opportunities and developing strategic partnerships with a variety of organisations and communities. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years sales and/or marketing experience in FMCG (preferable in food space) and strong communication / project management skills. He/she will think out of the box and be a driven go-getter. The sales targets will be discussed mutually with the promoters and an appropriate incentive mechanism will be devised.

Responsibilities

  • Working closely with Founders and the Monsoon Harvest team to design, develop and execute growth strategy in International Markets
  • Identifying & driving new opportunities for strategic growth and partnerships across sectors
  • Establishing a strong presence for Monsoon Harvest in unconventional food areas like IT Parks, Schools, Cafes, Hotels, Service Apartments and other new avenues
  • Identify regional vendors and distributors, regional e-commerce platforms, and new channels in an International geography
